Going into this trip I knew that some parts of it my husband would be working and that I would be touring D.C. solo, well not completely solo, I did have my little trio with me. Before I left it was crunch time as far as what I was going to do about my stroller situation. I found this seat attachment on amazon, and I have to say it has been the best purchase. The kids love it and so do I.
The day of the Air & Space Museum was awesome and it really tested me. I got a map from the hotel concierge and with stroller in tow we set out for the day. When we got home I had sweat so bad my entire shirt was drenched! This has never happened before this bad in my life. I asked the concierge how far the museum was from our hotel and she said about 3 miles, makes sense that my shirt was sopping wet, it was about 100 degrees, felt like 100% humidity all while pushing the trio. I felt like a champ 🙂
D.C. really is my favorite city. It’s clean, it’s busy, it’s full of history-past and present, the crowd is awesome-all aggressive young yuppies and traveling business men/women. I would walk outside and would just keep on walking at an aggressive pace because everyone else was. I love how everyone dresses really nice and I feel like everyone is smart, I always say my I.Q. goes up a couple points every time I visit.
