Another easy way to add fiber is to add 1/3 cup of oatm to your morning smoothie.
I love Benefiber while im traveling! Traveling always messes with my system. Like you, i also find some Simple daily habits help too. I snaCk on carrOts and hummus, always have Fruit with my breakfast, and drink lots and lots of water to help balance out all the fiber!
Im all for healthy snacking like air popped popCorn. My kids love it. Ive never tried fiber supplements either but i wish id known about this when i was pregnant haha! Sorry if thats tmi. Maintaining a healthy weight is what im trying to do now and its Easier when i plan my snaCks and meals. Im trying to replace old hAbits with new better habits anD its really working. Simple is better im finding.

I try to buy bread that is enriched with fiber.

Rather than giving my kids a popsicle (which is just sugar water with flavor and dye), i puree whatever fruit i have on hand, pour the mixture into popsicle molds, and offer those as a sweet, cold treat insteaD.

Great tips- it’s always so nice to be able to hold down a healthy diet while working two jobs and being in college, lol. I love to incorporate whole grains instead and whole fruits. I used to eat tons of bread and pasta and I have seen such a huge difference since making minor changes!
