Can’t believe this was a week ago. I was so nervously excited. I went to bed and woke up thinking I wasn’t going to be boarding a plane. But after a couple phone calls, my driver showed up & I was going. My plan was to make the best of it and have a blast as I left my family, nursing baby for the very first time. And I can honestly say I tried my very best to make a go of it. No regrets. No one to blame. Just a mom with a pink suitcase boarding a plane waiting for adventure to await.

Loved overlooking the city from our rooftop swimming pool while eating banana chocolate chip pancakes – Pinch Me!
It was so special taking Brooklyn to the bridge he was named after. It was all three of our first times on the Brooklyn Bridge. It is adorable – I know kinda weird to say that a bridge is adorable, but it is. It’s a cute boardwalk style over looking the city and you can see the Statue of Liberty.
Started our trip to NYC at the Statue of Liberty. I loved every minute of it, she made me feel like I could do anything! I love my freedoms and my beautiful country!
Excited to head back to the Jersey shore. Its been a couple years since we’ve done this trip, so excited might be a little bit of an understatement.
