All I can say is sometimes mother doesn’t know best. I took the kiddos Halloween shopping Holland grabbed a Dorthy outfit and I instantly went to Wizard of Oz mode. I was going to be a witch, Dallin a scarecrow, Holland Dorthy, and Hudson either ToTo , lion, or the tin-man. Hudson proceeded to throw a Spiderman costume into my cart. I bent down and told him his options b/c we were going to do a family theme. Hudson held my cheeks looked me strait in the eyes and told me “I do not want to wear any of those costumes, I am being Spiderman!” I bought Dorthy and Spiderman. I came home seriously in tears. -I take Halloween very seriously- I called my husband and told him I guess we are no longer doing family theme Halloween costume ideas. My husband said “that’s fine, but can you please get a photographer b/c I really want new family photos to put on the wall.” and then it hit me. We should all be literally hanging off the wall. Hudson is a genius. We should all be Spiderman! I went back to the costume store arranged a photographer to meet us in SLC, we ambushed my hubs after work and took “family photos”. It was not what any of us originally had in mind, which is why I probably love it so much! Hudson was soo beyond happy and the icing on the cake was we ended the photo shoot with a silly string fight that looked like spiderwebs.
Jumpsuit (shop buru, 25% off) / Shoes (So Kate, Christian Louboutins) / Grey Pave Bracelet (stella and dot) / gold cuff (kendra scott) / double ring (kendra scott) / gold bracelet (stella and dot) / Hollands Flats ($15, Shop Prima Donna)
One of the main reasons I love Shop Buru is because these clothes are stylish and playful. This jumpsuit was a no brainer when I found out that the front part zipped. I can wear this when I am nursing the next go around with baby #3. This jumpsuit is also nice to wear because it is super nice feeling, I wore it to Provo Fashion Week, dress code was dressy and I felt totally on point with this jumpsuit. I also feel like this jumpsuit can be worn in the first 4 months of my next pregnancy, so thank you for that! I saved the best for last….This jumpsuit is on SALE!!!
I cannot express how honored I am to be teaming up with GiGI New York today to launch the Henley Duffle.I have already taken this bag on 2 weekend getaways and I love how spacious and stylish this handcrafted bag is. Did you by chance notice my initials in gold on the leather? GiGi New York is amazing at hand stamping into their leathers. This bag has two handles and also has the option to add a long strap to the bag if desired. The supple leather of the Henley Duffle holds its shape so well. I have other leather high end duffles and this bag surpasses them all. I love how the Henley holds its shape when empty and how the quality of the construction stands up. This gorgeous bag will definitely travel the world with me.

And I’ll say it again, this fall is amazing. Everyday has been in the 70’s and sunny and I just can’t take the beauty of the leaves, so naturally I just HAD TO play in them.
Side note these are the most amazing black jeggings. They are comfy, elastic waist, and feel more like a jean then legging. They are thick and not overly uncomfortably tight. They are just perfect and will be worn on repeat for a very long time!
Holland’s flats (shop prima donna)
Hudson’s adidas (jcrew)
Today was so fun at Pumpkin Land, so naturally I HAD to document it. October in Utah has been wonderful. It’s been warm and we have been filling everyday with nonstop festivities. Most of them have been outside activities b/c I am soaking up every sunny day before sweater weather becomes snow pant weather.

Wanted to share this little video I’ve been hearing this song just about everyday at my barre class and every time I hear it I just feel like I should share it with my readers. I love taking care of myself and everything that goes with it. The shopping, makeup, exercising, the hair. I love my blog because it’s a place where I get to share that part of me. I guess why I feel inspired to share this song today is because I feel all women struggle with different degrees of self image and I just love this song because at the end of the day it all comes down to liking yourself. I recently took out my extensions and no joke everyday I am like should I just go get them put back in? And I may, and that’s okay. I always say the biggest mistake I ever made was chop my elbow length hair into an A-line, only to find out my husbands favorite hairstyle on me was my A-line. My MIL started chemo yesterday, and it being Breast Cancer Month I just think of all the women who have had everything stripped from them, hair, chest ect and how they are some of the most beautiful people I know.
So this weekend go and “Get your shopping on” get dressed up if that’s what you want to do and like yourself in the process, because I like you.
