I am hosting a 31 bag party online. I love all the stuff that I just got. They have so many fun patterns and literally any bag you can think of. I love traveling with my jewelery protector and am in love with the curling iron holder. It holds my straightener and my curling iron, even while hot. If you would like to check out my party go to this site and go through birdalamode.
BEST NIGHT EVER!
I ran up to Juan Pablo and gave him a big kiss on his cheek, in return he gave Hudson a big kiss on his cheek. It was so much fun we danced together with him and his date, Kat, which by the way she did get the rose. The reason he was in my town is because they filmed his first date of the Bachelor season at the Thanksgiving Point Electric Run. This was such a fun night. Here is some footage of my interaction with Juan. ENJOY! I can’t wait to see it air in January!
I have had many questions on what else I eat when I am not sipping on a protein shake. I love salads and am pro at making these packaged ones;) The brand of these are Taylor Farms and I get them at Target. I buy two of each every week. If I don’t eat them for lunch I will have it as a side for dinner. Monday is my shopping day, I will pick up 6 of these salads and a 6 pack of thawed chicken breast. When I get home I line a 9×13 pan with tinfoil and bake the chicken breast at 350* covered with foil for 30 mins then uncovered for 15 more mins. I am usually doing this while putting all the groceries away. After the chicken is done cooking I’ll put the chicken in a container and will eat it through out the week on my salads, in a quesadilla, or I will eat a piece of chicken dipped in BBQ sauce with salad on the side to mix it up. It’s a joke around here that we eat like”BIRDS” I guess the saying is true, you are what you eat:)
Since graduating from BYU with a degree in Health Education, as well as having a minor in P.E./ Coaching, nutrition, exercise and an active lifestyle have been essential to my physical well being.
At times I am asked, “What diet are you on?” I must admit, I stare blankly at them as I try to come up with some easy answer. The truth is, I have found that what works best for me is to drink plenty of water and incorporate protein shakes and smaller healthy meals. I know they say breakfast is the most important meal. This is why I hydrate immediately after waking up, then follow the glasses of water with a protein shake mixed in my Blender Bottle. I feel this give me more energy and reduces my need for unnecessary sugars. My first solids of the day are around noon, or later
I am not sure if this exact routine will fit everyone, however, I have found that it works well for me and I feel less lethargic in the mornings and throughout my day.
