Today’s outfit is brought to you by Piper Street Shop.
Today I am going to win at life. Who’s with me? I love this song. I heard it and want to share it. It makes me want to dance, it motivates me.
BTW if you haven’t noticed I love music. I actually love listening to music and making up dances in my head all day, my kids and I dance and tumble a good portion of the day. My kiddos are super tiny, and acrobatic. Would anybody be interested in seeing Holland do her back-walk-over? She is constantly coming up to me putting her hands above her head, turning around and arching. I really have to watch the little peanut because sometimes I wont know she’s going for it and I do still need to spot her. I call it “acro-circus sessions” put on the music and my kids are on cloud nine. Believe it or not my kids acrobatic moves do not come from me. I am actually the biggest chicken and have never even attempted to throw a back flip, handspring, nothing where I go backwards. So having two little kiddos who are literally teaching themselves how to do backflips and are constantly wanting to be backwards all comes from the hubs. I am just here to entertain and support their wild ideas.
Music is a very huge part of us in the car as well. We actually listen to kid music we have listened to this one cd so many times that Hudson knows by heart the order of songs. My goal is to go get some more. The kids favorite cds for kids are the ones that you can personalize. So Mickey Mouse will be like come on Hudson or Minnie will be talking to Holland, but you better believe as soon as those babies are asleep I love putting on my music. I think giving up my music in the car is one of my biggest sacrifices. I do believe music helps kids memorize, so instead of my kids zoning out in the car, I like them actively engaging with their cds.
