Switched it up a bit this week and incorporated resistance training into the routine. And heres why..
I might have lost weight recently but guess what I didn’t lose? Body fat. I spoke with a trainer and he said I am losing muscle mass and not targeting what I really want to get rid of.
So how do we get rid of fat and not our muscles?
By targeting it.
We need to activate the areas we store fat in before we do cardio.
With a resistance band (see here)
Do a few exercises with it on before you do your cardio and you will see results FAST!!!
