The gym pass is on hold until winter, which means mama Bird is working from home. I used to be the “cardio queen” but have recently added resistance training into the mix. I recently got the Fusion CST and it has been a game changer to my routine.
Think Cardio and resistance training in one complete workout. Posing in front of my Fusion CST doesn’t give it justice. Stay tuned as I will be making a video of me actually using my beautiful new Fusion CST.
Excited to be teaming up with @frenchtoastco this Friday.
I’d like to thank Britsy’s love of making French Toast for getting us this campaign. Shortly after I filmed the Briton cooking french toast we were contacted by the coolest clothing company named French Toast.
Their clothes are top notch and amazing quality. Check out their selection here.
French toast Fridays has been a tradition that my parents did for me and now I get to enjoy this fun tradition with my family and all of you.
Have a wonderfully delicious Friday my friends
New week, same me! The travels are on a hold for a minute and I am spending the day spring cleaning, potty training and the kids are catching up on some serious amounts of homework.
This morning it felt so great to wake up and start the week fresh, starting with my face. I have been using my new PMD CLEAN while traveling and I have been noticing amazing results. For once feel like I am getting all my makeup off when I wash my face. The gentle vibrations feel amazing on my face & I can visually see and feel the scillicon bristiles cleaning out all the makeup out of my pores, especially around my nose.
If you scroll down you will see how different my face looks before I use my PMD CLEAN, with makeup on, and after I use my PMD CLEAN. This is my first time EVER posting a no makeup picture on my blog, EVER!
Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing entire face. It is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern.
I hope you have a great Monday and start to your week, lets make it a great one!

This past week my family was hosted by The Hard Rock Riviera Maya. We stayed in their 2,000 sq ft 2 bedroom deluxe platinum grand sky terrace. We loved looking at the ocean while eating room service and as the kids took bubble baths in the grand tub.
This is our second experience at a Hard Rock all inclusive resort, our first was Hard Rock Punta Cana, which we also loved. There is so much to do, the staff goes above and beyond, the kids club is amazing. Literally, my kids are there all day and complain when I take them out. They go out to lunch & dinner with kids club, they swim and play pool games, they go on ecological walks and find monkeys, iguanas, parrots etc., they make crafts, play games, multiple bounce houses were put up one night. My kids were in heaven.
I was so impressed with the food at The Hard Rock. My family loved the breakfast buffets. For lunch we either went to the cafe and got fresh strawberry salads and yummy turkey panini’s or we got margarita pizzas poolside with pina coladas.
We went to Toro a couple nights for dinner, the fancy steak house on the Heaven side of the property (adults only side, but you can bring your kids to Toro). The Hibachi, the Brazilian Steak House, and the Mexican restaurant were all really good too. I knew the food was going to be excellent because they have the exact restraunts (give or take a few) at the Punta Cana property.
If you are trying to compare properties my honest assessment is BOTH, I am so grateful I have been to both!
We played the compare game all week as we tried to determine which one we would go to next.
Cancun is a smaller propery (its still HUGE, Punta Cana is just VERY LARGE!) which made it nice for close proximity with children and having the rooms close. But Punta is great too as there are so many pools.
The beach. Cancun has a lagoon (like Disney Aulani Hawaii) more like a calm lake where you can snorkel & see fish, even kayak without the waves. Punta Cana has the Ocean, the waves, vendors walking up and down it where you can buy souvineers etc. also guys who will climb up the palm tree and cut you down a coconut for a yummy drink.
The kids club at Cancun’s building is smaller, but the kids are hardly in it. They take them to do activities around the property, which my kids loved, the staff was so darling to my children! The one in Punta Cana is beautiful and huge. The kids stay inside it and do all activities there (at least mine did, I don’t recall them leaving or doing meals with them)
So if your trying to compare apples to apples, its impossible. Because they are both beautiful properties with lots to offer. We would be so fortunate to get to come back to either property.
If you have any questions at all please feel free to ask.
