I woke up to my washing machine going full blast, and an empty house. My sister is back home in Cali. and we are back to talking on the phone everyday. Our main topic of conversations are about hair, makeup, and clothes. Before she came out she told me to go buy an orange dog collar. I did, and then she showed me how to wear and style it like a belt, like we have done in todays post.
Jen you are my best friend! I still remember your wedding, I never had cried so hard in my whole life ~ and I was so mad because I was actually the one that spotted out and yelled at your hubs to get his attention “HOTT BOY” lol -I was 12 🙂
Dallin has been out of town this week, I came down with the flu amongst all of Britons mess, and who was at my rescue? My sister!
You might not know this but my sister is blind in one eye and has a very very bad case of Valley Fever. She herself is in major pain and has fungus all throughout her body, including her eye. It is so bad that she has no vision in it.
Jenni was cooking, cleaning, and watching my children along with her three children, the entire week while I was with Briton. Never once did she complain, and my house was always spotless. She is a rockstar! And my idol!
She has allowed me to share pictures of her eye~
I am also going to show you her last picture of her right before she got Valley Fever.
More than anything I hope she can recover and get her sight back. In a very small scale I can kind of relate. When I had Bells Palsy and I couldn’t close my eye or smile. I remember how hard that was for me for the 9 weeks I had it. My sister has been infected with Valley Fever for months now and she makes it seem easy for her, although I know it is very difficult and is life altering.
I can’t wait for the day when she calls me and says “Shannon guess what?, I got my site back!”
