Feeling all sorts of thankful for the time I was able to spend with my family on my babymoon. When we were packing up and leaving my husband looked at me and said lets go home and have a baby ~chills~ I loved making lasting memories as a family. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
Yesterday was beautiful! My mom gave the sweetest talk about the 3 bears of baptism. She also told one of my favorite stories about Hudson. How one day after school he came home and asked me to get his teacher a pair of gloves. Since she is the crossing guard at school too and he never sees her wearing gloves. He was worried her hands get cold. I love his sweet tender heart .
So many people came together to make yesterday special. I couldn’t of done it without them. The musical number was “Because” sung by our little cousin, she did so good. The pianist practiced all day the day before as I kinda sorta just sprung it on her. And she did so well! It was truly a beautiful day.
Hudsons big day is this Saturday and we can’t wait for him to become a member of our Church. He is wise beyond his years and has a heart of gold. I couldn’t ask for a better son. I remember when I first found out I was pregnant with him praying for a son. Dallin traveled a ton when we first were married and I wanted a man around the house, and God gave me Hudson. I love how he is protective of me and can sense how I am feeling. And now I’m choked up. The other day we slept at my moms and all his cousins wanted him to come and watch a movie with him and Hudson bold faced just told them I want to hang out with my mom. I coaxed him to go but he said he wanted to just be with me. I hope we always have this kind of relationship.
Briton + Brooklyn ♡ .
my real life teddy bears!
I love these two boys. Its so fun having two of the same genders right in a row. They are nothing alike but get along so great! Brooklyn is a warrior and Briton is a lamb and the combination is better than peanut butter and jam. I want to just freeze them.
I had no idea how much I would love being a mother until I became one. Everything I do in life revolves around these 5, soon to be 6 (I included Dallin) but it’s true.
My little boys love helping me in the kitchen and I just love it!
